Malaby Partners Richard Mendelsohn, Maryellen Connor and Cori Malaby to Speak at National Construction and Construction Defect Conference

Malaby is proud to announce that partners Richard Mendelsohn, Maryellen Connor and Cori Malaby have been invited back to speak and share their expertise in Construction and Construction Defect Litigation with those attending the Perrin's National Construction Conference on November 15th and 16th, 2018 at the Ritz Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This 1-1/2 day conference will host speakers and panel discussions covering topics such as An Update on Complex Construction Cases - A Multi-State and Risk Industry Perspective, Mock Mediation, Deconstructing the Mansion, The Insurance Coverage Landscape, Jurisdictional Update - Overview of the Most Active and Emerging Jurisdictions.  Specifically,  Richard will be discussing the "Anatomy of a Defect - Birth to Conclusion".  Cori Malaby and Maryellen Connor will be presenting and facilitating in depth discussions relating to Women in Law with a specific focus on female attorneys working in male-dominated practice areas.
