Jenna specializes in the defense of companies ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 corporations in toxic tort litigation. Jenna is involved various facets of a case from its initiation to resolution. Jenna brings valuable construction expertise in dealing with these matters. Jenna is proficient in pre-trials skills including drafting pleadings, discovery, review of medical records, analyzing and assessing cases, defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Malaby and Bradley, Jenna practiced family and matrimonial law, representing clients on Long Island and in all five boroughs of New York City. Prior to that, she worked as an associate specializing in estate planning, estate administration, elder law and Medicaid planning.
After law school, Jenna worked as a consultant for a municipal expediting and building code consulting firm in New York City for five years. Jenna’s familiarity with the construction industry makes her especially equipped to handle the complexities and technical aspects of construction, construction defect and asbestos litigation. Jenna combines her passion for litigation with her extensive background in construction to better serve the interests of her clients.
