Cori Malaby is a managing partner at Malaby & Bradley and has dedicated more than twenty-five years defending insurance companies, their insureds, and self-insureds on both the local and national levels. Cori handles and supervises the Malaby professionals on all facets of litigation from pre-trial matters to trials and settlement negotiations. She works as defense counsel for clients in all types of general civil litigation, including construction liability, mold litigation, product liability, and premise liability.
Cori’s clients range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and include manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, distributors, and premises defendants in industries, including, construction, electrical, plumbing, management companies, and automotive/friction.
Her years practicing real estate law, plus her experience in the electrical industry, provide her with a unique perspective that enhances her ability to work for clients in a wide range of matters. Beyond her legal prowess, Cori is recognized for her poise and exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling her to collaborate seamlessly with clients, third-party experts, and adversaries to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
Beyond the courtroom, Cori is dedicated to mentoring young female professionals, contributing to their professional growth and development. Residing in Long Island, New York, with her husband and six children, Cori finds joy in staying active through exercise and enthusiastically supporting her children at sporting events and concerts. Her enthusiasm for connecting with people shines through in her enjoyment of meeting new individuals and gaining insights from their experiences.
